Pre-commissioning & Commissioning

• Preparation of detailed checklists covering all aspects of pre commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Finalise the list of documents required for the pre check.
• Pre commissioning audits covering process licensor’s requirements, process and mechanical integrity of the plant, compliance to OISD, PESO requirements.
• Preparation of operating manuals and commissioning procedures based on the licensor and OEM’s recommendations.
• Preparation of schemes for flushing and Hydro test and list all resources, utilities, consumables, work force requirements.
• Preparation of all SOPs for operation and maintenance, inspection, equipment, electrical Instrumentation, DCS/PLCs etc.
• Safety requirements and checks.
• Prepare Normaland and Emergency shutdown procedure, Emergency handling procedure.and training of the people for the same.
• Training of the Engineers and workmen for the start up, Normal operation and Emergency handling.
• Checks for all the equipment internals, Column internals, Catalyst loading etc.

Safety checks as per Licensor, Engineering Consultant, Equipment vendors etc for both visible and invisible safety concerns.
