Our Objective and intent
Our training is aimed at Competency building and preparing the engineers and present managers through innovative training to deliver the best of results in operations and also be able to handle new technologies and challenges in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sector.
Founded by BN Bankapur, Former Director, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
Consists of a large number of experienced experts (around 20 and still growing) from the industry (National Oil Companies, Engineering consultancy multinationals, Technology providers, EPCs, etc.)

The topics covered
The topics covered include both Technical and Managerial requirements. The present emphasis, however, is on Technical aspects.
Our Technical training covers all aspects of technology, operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, inspection, safety, etc. for refinery and petrochemical plants, utilities, and offsite facilities.
The training Modules and Formats
We provide training modules and formats as necessary to ensure maximum benefits to all stakeholders and we are flexible to adapt to the needs of the client.
We can select a standard training module or we can tailor-made the module to suit the specific requirements of a client. In such requirements, our experts will understand
the needs and accordingly prepare the modules in consultation with the client to derive maximum benefits.
This training can be conducted either in-house or on the premises of the client or on a virtual platform.
Considering the present Covid-19 situation, we recommend having the virtual mode which is easy and will enable participation by the executives of the client from the comfort of their offices.
Fee structure and offerings
The fee structure is quite attractive and is under;
Each session of 9o minutes will cost INR 60,000 Only. A maximum of 20 participants is accommodated in one session. The fee for one participant will be INR 3000 only. Our programs, therefore, are attractive and value for money. In case the number of participants comes down, the fees per participant would accordingly increase.
