1. TEKLA MODELLERS (9 Vacancies)
REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university
2. Experience in the field: 2-3 years as a modeller for graduate, 4 years for a Diploma in a reputed organisation.
3. Proficiency in the field:
a. Should be well versed with TEKLA SOFTWARE
b. Tekla modelling for light, medium and heavy steel structures. for in any petroleum refinery, petrochemical, fertiliser, chemical, power, steel, industry
c. Heavy structure modelling should consist of pipe racks, gallery, Junction house etc. and
d. Light structure modelling should include platforms for vessels, columns, any equipment, any technology platform chimney platforms, ladders, staircases, railings etc
e. The modelling should be error-free and the performance should be on an average 500MT for heavy structure modelling and 30MT for light structure. This is minimum requirement.
4. Other Proficiencies.
a. Should be diligent, dedicated, sincere and responsible with a pleasing personality.
b. Should be able to interact with the client, understand the requirements and accordingly execute in a time-bound manner.
c. Able to assess the workload and make plans to meet targets and allotted man-hours.
d. Able to communicate through emails without any ambiguity with other stakeholders.
5. Should be a good team member.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Tekla
- Experience of all types of modelling
- design of connections
- capability to write reports
- Experience /knowledge to resolve clashes/ problems
- Ensure quality work from detailers
- Capability to carry out detailing in emergency/as needed
2. TEKLA DETAILER (11 Vacancies)
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute.
- Experience in the field: 2-3 years as a Detailer for Diploma and 4 years for ITI in a reputed organisation.
- Proficiency in the field:
- Should be well versed with TEKLA Software.
- Tekla detailing for light, medium, and heavy steel structures. for in any petroleum refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, chemical, power, steel, industry
- Heavy structure detailing should consist of pipe racks, gallery, Junction house, etc. and
- Light structure modeling should include platforms for vessels, columns, any equipment, chimney platforms, ladders, staircases, railings, etc, and medium structures like technological structures, etc.
- The detailed drawings should be error-free
- Other Proficiencies :
- Should be diligent, dedicated, sincere and responsible with a pleasing personality.
- Should be able to understand the requirements and accordingly prepare drawings in a time-bound manner.
- Should be a good team member
- 4-5 years of Experience
- Fabrication drawings of all types in Tekla
3. Checkers (2 Vacancies)
4-5 years of Experience in checking
4. Planning Engineer (1 Vacancies):
1. 4-5 years’ experience
2. good at making plans, report preparation, and interaction with client/site
